Wouldn’t recommend all inclusive better off getting a apartment and eating out

Overall ok for what we paid….. Games room Man absolutely fantastic! Most of the staff were friendly. Entertainment and drinks good

Food absolutely disgusting Water slides only open for two hours a day All pools shut at 4pm (Doesn’t matter if people are in it or not!)

Worst resort we have been to. Especially the restaurant and entertainment. Rooms are OK.

Read and trust the other reviews: the food is really terrible! It's like eating at a really bad canteen. The rooms are OK, the Waterpark would be nice to use if it was summer time. Entertainment really sucks big time. Kids club is constantly closed. Our child could never use it. The service is medium.. They sometimes try to help and other times they just don't feel for it.. All in all: worst all inclusive I have been to!

Restaurant is terrible! Horrible food. Like at a very bad canteen. Trust that. Kids club always closed. Entertainment sucks big time. Not involving kids and that at a family resort. Service isn't very good either.

The food is not good, everything is bad, the hygiene is very bad, the lineup is very bad, everything is bad. For your information, this is the second time I go to your place, but there is a difference from the age of 18 to the age of 22. A huge difference

the price is reasonable but food is terrible and rooms are dirty

The water slide is amazing, close to the kitesurfing spot. The hotel has amazing yard full of green palms, plants and blossom flowers. Nice stuff. no mosquito because putting poison smokes on the bushes every evening

W had to fight and move from one room to another for three days to get room which we paid for. Most of the rooms were dirty and had very bad smell. weak animation. Very bad food, totally disaster. At the end they tried to charge us 35 dolars without any reason. In the beginning said that its for a better room, then they said that its taxes (but we showed our receipt and booking reference to prove that we paid already, i dont remember the third reason but we almost late to the flight

Perfect for families but not 5 stars.

Perfect place for families with kids, pools, water park and animation team are so nice. Meals have a lot of variety, deserts just need some enhancements.

The hotel would be perfect if the furniture is renewed as it is old fits for 4 star hotel not 5. Elevators needs serious change really bad. There was no enough towels, no soap, shampoo ..etc in the bathroom. The public bathrooms on the pool , lobby ..etc not clean.

We would call this hotel is a paradise for the poor, with so many kinds of lousy food

The hotel was the worst hotel our family have ever experienced, worse than any other 4star hotel. They receive cheap group guests and the dinner time was like a local market. The loud music was on till midnight. The Check in staff was so rude and not polite, even the public relation lady was unbelievably rude. They said charged $350 for the first night and it turned out they charged full amount for 4nights with our Visa card. They lied to us about the family room with a sofa bed and there was no sofa. Ed. Room service comes so late after an hour. We feel this was a fraud and do not want to recommend to any of our friends. s.

The water park was nice - children liked it a lot.

The water park was nice - children liked it a lot. The food was OK.

The staff at the reception desk is unfriendly and sometimes rude. On arrival they insisted the payment to be made immediately. During the checkout of friends of ours they asked additional money because of changes in USD exchange rate. They promised to send a taxi to pick us up from the airport and nobody showed up. The music and entertainment activities are too loud and stop only at midnight. It is quite noisy in all the areas of the hotel and it is almost impossible to have a talk or to rest. During the weekends the restaurant is crowded. Most of the time drinks are served in plastic glasses.

Bad service in a nice hotel

The pools and the garden were very nice,the receptionists Mohammad Jamal and Omar are helpful and respectfull.

The cleaning is zero in rooms , restaurants, and even in lobby'bathrooms the smell is awful. Stuff is rude,entertainment guys team are silly ,the stuff needs to train how to deal with customers in respectfull way and to do their jobs and not complain all the time, Water in pools needs to worm Aqua park needs to get organised by some stuff,surprised to see like this stuff????

Receptionist unprofessional give a bad first impression about the hotel

Very bad experience in the check in with Ashraf, he doesn't care about me standing in front of him talking to him and suddenly he's talking with other guest and didn't care about me talking and I told him that I'm in honeymoon and he didn't give me any special room or any special at all my stay was 4 night and I was shocked that my room was not opening after my third day as my stay was put in the system 3 days instead.. Also that was my first time I went to hotel and no one explain to me the property at all I didn't get any information about the hotel..I have to discover it.. Also last thing he advised me that I need to pay the total amount of my stay in the check in that I found it very strange..and by the end he never show any interest or smile while he's talking to me In total the property was good but because of this experience I will never go back again to this hotel I feel that this hotel have a different treatment to the Egyptians than the other Nationallies.

A 5 days in heaven

The property was in a wonderful place. Every thing was more than perfect . alot of reviews was negative specially about the food but once i was there i have seen all things in order. The food have a very good variation of different kitchens. Every thing was plenty and really cheerful. The chiefs were friendly . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The animation team was great with different activity every day. The aquapark was wonderful we had fun all day long. Starting at 7 every day .

The beach is not that much of joy with its shallow shores but was great for relaxing and getting a good tan :) . With 3 swimming poles and the aquapark we didnt have time to think about the beach

Relaxation and got so many new friends..

The hotel is really good, and very comfortable for a family trip, aqua park is so fun, beach <3 also animation team are amazing giving a very high positive energy and spirit. People are very friendly , all staff is good and welcoming (except for Reception! they're really tough and not welcoming at all) But in general it was a very good experience if you avoided the front desk :D

Food and aqua park was amazing the food was diffrent and tasty and alot

The stuff was awufull not profitional and they was not friendly When we check out they tell us to cut the wrestband i didnt find that behevior in any hotel befor The bathroom was bad and not working good it was disabled and el shataf was disabled also The hotel staff leave a bad impression to the last minut in the hotel I m not advise this hotel for good vacation
